Plastic panels truly “come alive” once Boer & Van Wijk has printed or decorated them. The choice between screen printing and digital printing depends on the intended use. Screen printing is ideal for outdoor applications or when a specific ink thickness is required—for example, panels that need to be lightproof. Digital printing, on the other hand, is perfect for quickly adding images or fine text to a panel.
Not every type of plastic panel is suitable for screen or digital printing, so we recommend contacting us for tailored advice.

Contour Cutting
Full contour cutting of vinyl (stickers), self-adhesive or plastic sheets in straight or complex shapes.
Half-Cut
Kiss-cutting vinyl in straight or complex shapes using various plotters and cutting machines.
Drawing
Extremely precise marking of materials like self-adhesive or vinyl using the pen tool on our Swiss Zünd machine.
Creasing
Creasing thin plastic sheets or cardboard using the creasing wheel on our Swiss Zünd machine.
Oscillating Cutting
Oscillating cutting (sawing) of honeycomb cardboard or semi-rigid sheets with the EOT250 tool from Zünd.
V-Cut
Cutting honeycomb cardboard or semi-rigid sheets at angles of 15°, 30°, or 45° using the Zünd cutting machine.
Embossing
Embossing (crushing) MacDermid Autotype films to create a real 3D effect in this special foil.
Cutting with a Knife
Our employees have extensive experience working with new products and using sharp utility knives.

Punching is mainly used in sheet material processing. A punching machine is used for this purpose. Especially for high volumes and repetitive work, punching is fast and cost-effective.
Sawing
Sawing materials is mainly used for materials that are too hard to cut, such as plastic sheets, especially for larger quantities and bigger formats.
Milling
Milling materials is mainly used for materials that are too hard to cut, such as plastic sheets, especially when dealing with larger quantities and significant thicknesses.
Assembly
Boer & Van Wijk has its own in-house installation team, consisting of two highly experienced graphic specialists. The installation team is a major showcase of Boer & Van Wijk’s expertise.
Innovatie en duurzaamheid
Als maatschappelijk verantwoorde leverancier van o.a. bedrukte kunststof producten, hebben wij een assortiment van innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen. Producten die gerecycled zijn uit ingezameld acrylaat en PVC. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn Greencast acrylaat en Sealwise, de nieuwe generatie PVC panelen. Tegen-hanger van kunststof is geperst papierpulp en karton dat ook fantastisch is te bedrukken. Boer & Van Wijk levert Katz Display Board en Beelite. Laatst genoemde is een stevige kartonnen honingraat plaat (FSC approved, 100% recyclebaar).

Ordering Stickers
- We are a graphic company, so please enter the dimensions of the desired panels in millimeters. We really appreciate that.
- You can already send a file along with your request, but this can also be done later. Our file submission specifications can be found on our website.
- If you want your panels installed on site, that’s possible too. We have professional staff who can handle the installation for you.
- Plastic panels are used in many different ways, and you might have a specific request. Please contact us—even if your option isn’t listed here, there’s a very good chance we can still help you.
