PET - Polyester
Examples include displays, price stands, and poster protection. For signage applications, an opal version with enhanced UV protection is available. Polyester sheets can be distinguished into PET-G and A-PET.
Polyester sheets are 150 times stronger than glass of the same thickness. They are also lighter than glass, making this material safe and sustainable to use. PET-G sheets can be vacuum-formed without pre-drying, and extreme deep-draw ratios can be achieved with minimal energy. A-PET sheets can be cold-bent up to 2 mm and are characterized by high chemical resistance.

Polyester is a transparent plastic with a wide range of applications. Its high impact resistance, excellent vacuum formability, and good mechanical properties make this material particularly suitable for use in the advertising industry.
