Polycarbonate – LEXAN™
Polycarbonate is by far the most impact-resistant transparent plastic. The material is virtually unbreakable and, compared to glass of the same thickness, 250 times stronger. It is also available in a standard and a UV-stable variant. Furthermore, the material is flame-retardant and relatively lightweight compared to glass. Polycarbonate can be cold-formed and bent.

Especially in the light advertising sector, where vandalism can be an issue, virtually unbreakable polycarbonate sheets provide a solution—for example, as protective glazing. Polycarbonate (LEXAN™) is also widely used in exhibition stand construction and interior applications where high fire-safety standards are required.

Polycarbonate, better known under the brand name LEXAN™, is a clear plastic with very high impact resistance, high toughness, and relatively high mechanical strength. In addition, LEXAN™ is self-extinguishing and the material has good chemical resistance.

Ordering Stickers
- We are a graphic company, so please enter the dimensions of the desired panels in millimeters. We really appreciate that.
- You can already send a file along with your request, but this can also be done later. Our file submission specifications can be found on our website.
- If you want your panels installed on site, that’s possible too. We have professional staff who can handle the installation for you.
- Plastic panels are used in many different ways, and you might have a specific request. Please contact us—even if your option isn’t listed here, there’s a very good chance we can still help you.
