We’re happy to provide tips and guidance on submitting files according to our file specifications. 

Our preferred file format is a PDF created using our PDF export profile, which you can download from our website.

All fonts must be fully embedded or converted to outlines.

Images do not need to be tiled; we prefer to handle this ourselves.

Do not use unusual characters in file names, such as % & $ ø # /.

Do not include (filled) form fields in the PDF.

Do not apply password protection.

An EPS or AI file is typically created in Adobe Illustrator.

For prints meant to be viewed from a distance, we require a minimum resolution of 70 dpi at full size.

For prints intended to be viewed up close, we require a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at full size.

Make sure there is an additional 3 mm bleed around the artwork to be cut.

Set the cut line in a spot color and apply overprint.

We recommend submitting files in CMYK or RGB.

If PMS (Pantone) colors are used in your document, do not convert them to CMYK or RGB. Our printers use their own color libraries to match PMS colors as accurately as possible.

If you need a specific color, this is possible. We can match it through test printing.

We prefer dimensions to be communicated as Width x Height (W x H) in millimeters.

Larger files can be submitted on a USB stick or via wetransfer.com.
