Modern and precise equipment is at our disposal…
Yet our daily work remains a true craft and we’re proud of that!
For Every Project, We Start With Careful Consideration
Together with the client, we always determine the best production and finishing method before starting.
This approach means we need a substantial range of equipment. Below is an overview of the machinery available.
Our Epson SureColor SC-S80600 roll-to-roll printers are 9-color eco-solvent printers with an exceptionally wide color gamut. The addition of orange and red inks, along with the option for white, delivers stunning print results on a wide range of materials. Thanks to the eco-solvent inks, printed products, when laminated, are also suitable for outdoor use. Think of information boards, vehicle graphics, window stickers, and more. The maximum print width is 1,550 mm, while the length depends on the available meters on the roll.
Printing on rigid materials, such as panels, is possible with our flatbed printer at a maximum size of 2,030 x 3,200 mm and a maximum thickness of 40 mm. The printer uses certified environmentally friendly inks: 2 x 4 CMYK colors, complemented by light cyan, light magenta, and double white. Thanks to these additional colors, an exceptionally wide color gamut is achieved. Ink curing is based on UV technology, which means this type of printing, without a laminate, is less suitable for outdoor applications.
A 64" roll-to-roll printer featuring advanced water-based UV technology. Thanks to its dual AccuFine HD printheads and innovative AQUAFUZEâ„¢ inks, this printer delivers high print quality on a wide range of (environmentally friendly) materials, including heat-sensitive substrates, non-wovens, paper, and PVC-free media, without the need for primers or optimizers. The low-temperature, low-odor UV curing ensures durable, scratch-resistant prints with a soft touch.
With its focus on safety and sustainability, the HydrAton 1642 is ideal for applications such as signage, wallcoverings, interior decoration, and promotional displays, offering a maximum print width of 1615 mm.
In addition to several manually operated machines in various formats, we use our more automated systems for larger projects—both in size and volume:
Screen printing is one of the most versatile printing techniques, and we apply it frequently and with great enthusiasm.
Beyond the Zünd Flatbed Cutter, in addition to our Zünd flatbed cutting table, we also have a slightly smaller Summa flatbed cutting plotter, perfect for contour cutting stickers, both full cut and kiss-cut. In other cases, it’s faster and more efficient to kiss-cut printed vinyl, stickers, or colored cutting films directly from the roll, and for that we use a Summa roll-fed cutting plotter.
In Some Cases, Speed and Efficiency Matter
For printed vinyl, stickers, or colored cutting films, it’s often faster and more practical to kiss-cut them directly from the roll, and that’s exactly what we do with our Summa roll-fed cutting plotter.
With a size of 3,210 x 2,500 mm, the Zünd G3 3XL-2500 is the ideal flatbed cutting machine. It integrates seamlessly with the many printers we have in-house.
All cut lettering, logos, vehicle graphics, and anything else that needs to be cut from flexible films is done quickly and accurately on these two Summa machines: D120 and S140T.
The Summa F1612 flatbed cutting machine, with its 1,600 x 1,200 mm size, is also an essential part of our setup.
Almost everything that leaves our facility is laminated for protection against mechanical damage, UV exposure, hygiene requirements, moisture, and more.
Depending on the material and specific requirements, we use two systems:
Whenever we need to quickly check something, our team of 14 enthusiastic colleagues makes use of dozens of rulers, knives, and scissors.
It always goes well, provided your fingers aren’t in the way.
A clean, pleasant workspace equipped with state-of-the-art machinery ensures optimal results.
We’ve tried to give you the most complete picture possible, but we understand you may still have questions, for example, and not unimportant, about costs. In that case, the best way is to send us a quote request via our quote form. We’ll then quickly provide you with a completely non-binding offer.
Digital printing, industrial screen printing, in-house assembly service, fast delivery, and almost any size possible.
We’ve done our best to provide a comprehensive overview on this website, but if you’re looking for something you can’t find here, the easiest way to get in touch is by email.
