Plastic sheets or Sealwise panels can be printed and cut with V-Cut technology to a thickness of up to 8 mm.

Honeycomb cardboard with a respectable thickness of up to 40 mm can be printed, cut, and V-Cut processed.

Exact printcolors
What you see is what you get. In other words, we print exactly what is in the file you provide. Our printers are color-calibrated, meaning they are programmed and configured to reproduce colors as closely as possible to the original file. We can also measure a color in advance and adjust the print file accordingly. After printing, we check the printed color to ensure it falls within tolerance and make any necessary adjustments. Accurate color reproduction is especially important for brand identities and corporate house styles.

This is crucial for maintaining brand consistency worldwide, and equally important for printing photographs where photographers demand absolute fidelity to the original image.
Indoor or outdoor usage
Digital printing is certainly suitable for outdoor applications, but this depends on the material being printed on, the intended use, and any finishing options. With a protective laminate, colors are better preserved than without one. Of course, we can also apply our screen-printing technique to a digitally printed product, think of a varnish layer or a light-blocking print in a specially desired color. We are happy to advise you on the possibilities.

3 EPSON 'roll-to-roll' inkjet printers.
Our Epson SureColor SC-S80600 roll-to-roll printers are 9-color eco-solvent printers with an exceptionally wide color gamut. The addition of orange and red inks, along with the option for white, delivers stunning print results on a wide range of materials. Thanks to the eco-solvent inks, printed products, when laminated, are also suitable for outdoor use. Think of information boards, vehicle graphics, window stickers, and more. The maximum print width is 1,550 mm, while the length depends on the available meters on the roll.
SwissQprint High-End UV Nyala 4 Flatbed Printer.
Printing on rigid materials, such as panels, is possible with our flatbed printer at a maximum size of 2,030 x 3,200 mm and a maximum thickness of 40 mm. The printer uses certified environmentally friendly inks: 2 x 4 CMYK colors, complemented by light cyan, light magenta, and double white. Thanks to these additional colors, an exceptionally wide color gamut is achieved. Ink curing is based on UV technology, which means this type of printing, without a laminate, is less suitable for outdoor applications.
MUTOH's waterbased UV HydrAton 1642 inkjetprinter
A 64" roll-to-roll printer featuring advanced water-based UV technology. Thanks to its dual AccuFine HD printheads and innovative AQUAFUZE™ inks, this printer delivers high print quality on a wide range of (environmentally friendly) materials, including heat-sensitive substrates, non-wovens, paper, and PVC-free media, without the need for primers or optimizers. The low-temperature, low-odor UV curing ensures durable, scratch-resistant prints with a soft touch.
With its focus on safety and sustainability, the HydrAton 1642 is ideal for applications such as signage, wallcoverings, interior decoration, and promotional displays, offering a maximum print width of 1615 mm.

Half-Cut
Kiss-cutting vinyl in straight or complex shapes using various plotters and cutting machines.
Drawing
Extremely precise marking of materials like self-adhesive or vinyl using the pen tool on our Swiss Zünd machine.
Creasing
Creasing thin plastic sheets or cardboard using the creasing wheel on our Swiss Zünd machine.
Oscillating Cutting
Oscillating cutting (sawing) of honeycomb cardboard or semi-rigid sheets with the EOT250 tool from Zünd.
V-Cut
Cutting honeycomb cardboard or semi-rigid sheets at angles of 15°, 30°, or 45° using the Zünd cutting machine.
Embossing
Embossing (crushing) MacDermid Autotype films to create a real 3D effect in this special foil.
Cutting with a Knife
Our employees have extensive experience working with new products and using sharp utility knives.
Die Cutting
Punching is mainly used in sheet material processing. A punching machine is used for this purpose. Especially for high volumes and repetitive work, punching is fast and cost-effective.
Sawing
Sawing materials is mainly used for materials that are too hard to cut, such as plastic sheets, especially for larger quantities and bigger formats.
Milling
Milling materials is mainly used for materials that are too hard to cut, such as plastic sheets, especially when dealing with larger quantities and significant thicknesses.
Assembly
