Foamed Polystyrene - Smart X
Smart X is excellent for screen printing, digital printing, and cutting. Because the board is super lightweight yet stiffer than comparable foam plastic sheets, Smart X is particularly suitable for advertising panels that need to be hung or for large freestanding advertising objects that must not bend. The foamed edges of these boards are now even easier to finish. For this purpose, we offer self-adhesive edge profiles in various colors.

This feather-light board (a 10 mm sheet weighs only 2 kg/m²) consists of a core of foamed polystyrene with a top layer of UV-resistant solid “High Impact Polystyrene” (HIPS) on both sides. Smart X has no adhesive between the core and the surfaces, meaning it is made entirely of polystyrene and can therefore be recycled for more than 90%. The board is moisture-resistant, has a temperature range of -10° to +70° C, and is suitable for outdoor applications.

Ordering Stickers
- We are a graphic company, so please enter the dimensions of the desired panels in millimeters. We really appreciate that.
- You can already send a file along with your request, but this can also be done later. Our file submission specifications can be found on our website.
- If you want your panels installed on site, that’s possible too. We have professional staff who can handle the installation for you.
- Plastic panels are used in many different ways, and you might have a specific request. Please contact us—even if your option isn’t listed here, there’s a very good chance we can still help you.
