Ook worden deze stickers gebruikt om gereedschap te merken. Zo weet u precies welk materieel van wie is. Dit is onder andere handig als u of uw personeel veel op de bouw werkt waar ook andere bedrijven werkzaam zijn.
Eigenschappen sticker
Machinestickers worden standaard gemaakt van High Tack vinyl. Dit type vinyl heeft een extra krachtige lijmlaag. Daardoor blijft die beter zitten dan gewoon vinyl. Ook kan dit vinyl op ondergronden geplakt worden die polytheen (PE) of polypropyleen (PP) bevatten. Gewoon vinyl blijft op dat soort ondergronden minder goed zitten.
Extra afwerking op de sticker
Over een machinesticker wordt altijd een laminaat aangebracht. De stickers hebben vaak veel te verduren, omdat ze bloot gesteld worden aan vloeistoffen zoals schoonmaakmiddelen, water en olie. Zou je geen laminaat gebruiken, dan kan de inkt aangetast worden. Je hebt twee soorten laminaat. Eén die bescherming biedt tegen uv-straling en één die daar geen bescherming tegen biedt. Ook kunt u kiezen uit mat en glanzend laminaat.
